THE RESIDENCES

All villas can accommodate up to six people and offer all the amenities needed to be considered a unique choice for the stay of a group of friends or family who want to enjoy privacy in a place where refinement meets discerning luxury.

Reservations

A down payment of 30% of the total amount is required to make a reservation. The balance is charged / paid on the day of arrival.

 

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation 14 – 7 days before arrival the deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation of the house reservation 7 – 1 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation is non refundable.
In the event of a customer not arriving on the day of arrival or in the event of an extraordinary departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
